1. About ViralWalls
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ViralWalls website, online store and related services, as well as purchases made through our store.
The terms “ViralWalls,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to:

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to offer our products and services.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and any other policies referred to on the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to you under Belgian, European Union or other applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Store
You may use the ViralWalls store only for lawful purposes.
When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you are legally capable of entering into the purchase agreement.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to obtain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3. Products
ViralWalls sells physical products featuring original designs, including phone cases, MacBook cases, mouse pads and other accessories.
We make reasonable efforts to display products as accurately as possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to:
- differences between screens and display settings;
- lighting used in product photography or mockups;
- the printing process;
- materials and finishes;
- normal manufacturing tolerances.
Digital mockups are intended to provide a realistic representation of the finished product but may not reproduce every minor production detail exactly.
These normal variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
Where a product is designed for a specific device, you are responsible for selecting the correct device model or variant when ordering.
Product descriptions, designs and availability may be updated from time to time.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
After checkout, you will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
- payment cannot be processed;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- fulfilment is not possible; or
- completing the order would be unlawful.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly:
- device model;
- size;
- product variant;
- delivery address; and
- quantity.
Some ViralWalls products are produced after the order is placed, and production may begin quickly.
We may therefore be unable to accommodate a voluntary cancellation request once fulfilment has started.
This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.
5. Prices, VAT and Additional Charges
Prices shown to consumers include applicable VAT and taxes.
Any delivery charges or other unavoidable additional charges will be shown before you submit your order.
The total amount payable will be displayed during checkout.
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be charged separately by the destination country, customs authority or delivery provider.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify or other third-party payment providers.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country or for every transaction.
7. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Some ViralWalls products are manufactured on demand.
Production and delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless a specific delivery date has expressly been agreed.
We will fulfil and deliver orders without undue delay.
Where no different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather or other exceptional events.
If delivery is materially delayed, you retain all rights available to you under applicable law.
Where ViralWalls arranges delivery, the risk of loss or damage remains with ViralWalls until you, or another person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
If you independently arrange your own carrier rather than using a delivery option offered by ViralWalls, different statutory rules regarding transfer of risk may apply.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers purchasing through our online store may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase.
For eligible EU distance purchases, this generally means you may withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without giving a reason.
You may exercise an applicable right of withdrawal through our Right of Withdrawal page and online withdrawal form, or by sending us an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw.
A printable Model Withdrawal Form is also available on our Right of Withdrawal page. Use of the model form is optional.
The conditions, deadlines, return procedure, return shipping costs and refund process are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
ViralWalls does not offer an additional voluntary return period beyond the rights required by applicable law.
Where applicable, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind withdrawal, as explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing in this section affects your rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
9. Personalised Products
Applicable consumer law may exclude certain products from the statutory right of withdrawal when they are made according to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised.
Examples may include a product created specifically using:
- a customer's name;
- a customer's photograph;
- artwork supplied by the customer; or
- another individually requested customisation.
A normal ViralWalls product featuring one of our existing designs is not treated as personalised solely because it is produced after an order is placed.
Where a withdrawal exception applies to a product, we will provide the relevant information before purchase.
10. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, defective, contains a manufacturing error or is different from what you ordered, contact:
Please provide your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
Do not return a defective or damaged product unless ViralWalls instructs you to do so.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
This may include repair, replacement, reprint, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
11. Legal Guarantee
Consumers purchasing new goods from ViralWalls benefit from the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity.
Under Belgian consumer law, new consumer goods are generally covered by a two-year legal guarantee from delivery.
If a product is defective or does not conform to what was agreed, you may be entitled to a legally appropriate remedy.
The statutory guarantee exists independently of any commercial warranty and cannot be excluded or reduced by these Terms.
The legal guarantee does not cover issues resulting solely from:
- normal wear and tear;
- accidental damage after delivery;
- misuse;
- inappropriate care;
- unauthorised modification; or
- damage caused by use contrary to reasonable product instructions.
12. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued using the original payment method.
Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the ViralWalls website and its original content are owned by ViralWalls or used under licence.
This includes, where applicable:
- ViralWalls artwork;
- wallpaper designs;
- product artwork;
- graphics;
- photographs;
- videos;
- written content;
- product names;
- logos;
- branding;
- layout and creative materials.
These materials are protected by applicable Belgian, European and international intellectual-property law.
Purchasing a ViralWalls product transfers ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design.
Without prior written permission from ViralWalls, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, republish or create commercial derivative products from ViralWalls artwork or content.
The ViralWalls name, logo and branding may not be used in a way that suggests authorisation, affiliation or endorsement without our permission.
14. User Content and Feedback
If you voluntarily provide a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other feedback to ViralWalls, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
Where you submit content specifically for publication or promotional use, you grant ViralWalls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce and display that content for operating and promoting ViralWalls.
We may remove user-submitted material that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
15. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the ViralWalls website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- to introduce viruses, malware or malicious code;
- to interfere with website security;
- to obtain unauthorised access;
- to impersonate another person;
- to collect personal information unlawfully;
- to scrape or extract website content in breach of applicable law or these Terms; or
- to deliberately disrupt the website or services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect ViralWalls, customers, service providers or the website.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
ViralWalls may use third-party services for matters such as:
- ecommerce hosting;
- payments;
- production;
- fulfilment;
- shipping;
- analytics;
- communication; and
- social media.
Our website may also contain links to third-party websites.
Those services and websites may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
ViralWalls remains responsible for its obligations to customers as the seller of products purchased directly from ViralWalls.
17. Relationship With Shopify
ViralWalls is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with ViralWalls.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and ViralWalls, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with ViralWalls, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected through ViralWalls is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our online store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process personal information necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and provide related services.

19. Website Availability and Information
We take reasonable care to keep the ViralWalls website accurate and available.
However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay or technical error.
Occasionally, information relating to products, prices, descriptions, delivery, availability or other matters may contain an error or omission.
We may correct such information when discovered.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you where appropriate and respect your applicable legal rights.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ViralWalls is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
ViralWalls does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Force Majeure
ViralWalls is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major transport disruption, natural disaster, war, government action, widespread technical outage or other exceptional circumstances.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to limit the disruption.
This clause does not remove any mandatory rights you may have regarding delivery, cancellation or refunds.

We will attempt to resolve consumer complaints promptly and fairly.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, eligible consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, an independent public service that assists with consumer disputes involving businesses established in Belgium.
Use of an alternative dispute-resolution service does not remove either party's right to pursue the matter through a competent court where applicable.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and contracts entered into with ViralWalls are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection rules.
24. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
25. No Waiver
If ViralWalls does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce that provision later.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary, for example because:
- our products or services change;
- our website changes;
- applicable law changes; or
- our business practices change.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Terms governing an order will be the version in effect when the order was placed.
