Refund policy

ViralWalls does not offer a voluntary return period beyond the statutory rights available to consumers.

Consumers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law may exercise that right in accordance with the conditions below.

For consumers in the European Union, eligible online purchases can generally be withdrawn from within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, without giving a reason.

Right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform ViralWalls of your decision to withdraw before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

You may do this by:

using our Right of Withdrawal page and online withdrawal form; or
sending an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw to viralwalls@outlook.com.

You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.

If you use our online withdrawal form, you will receive confirmation of your request by email.

A printable/downloadable Model Withdrawal Form is also available on our Right of Withdrawal page. Use of the model form is optional.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Please do not send products directly to Printify or to a production partner unless ViralWalls specifically instructs you to do so.

Return shipping costs

For a withdrawal or change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product to ViralWalls, provided that you were informed of this responsibility before purchase.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for withdrawal or change-of-mind returns unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Condition of returned products

You may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Original packaging should be used where reasonably possible, but the absence of the original packaging does not by itself remove a statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds after withdrawal

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, ViralWalls will reimburse the payments we are legally required to refund, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, the additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

For sales of physical goods, we may withhold reimbursement until:

we have received the returned goods; or
you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,

whichever occurs first.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without charging you a fee for the reimbursement.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights when a product is damaged, defective or does not conform to your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, has a manufacturing fault, or is different from what you ordered, contact us at viralwalls@outlook.com.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the problem.

Do not return a damaged, defective or incorrect product unless we ask you to do so.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where a return is necessary in connection with a valid claim concerning non-conforming goods, the remedy will be provided without cost to the consumer as required by applicable law.

Your statutory legal guarantee rights are not affected by this policy.

Wrong device model or variant selected by the customer

Please carefully check your selected phone model, MacBook model, size, colour and other product options before placing your order.

Selecting the wrong model or variant does not make the product defective.

However, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may still exercise that right in accordance with this policy.

The direct cost of returning the product in such circumstances is your responsibility.

Personalised products

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to your individual specifications or products that are clearly personalised.

This may include, for example, products customised specifically with your name, photograph, artwork supplied by you, or another individually requested customisation.

Standard ViralWalls products featuring our existing designs are not treated as personalised merely because they are produced after you place your order.
